Hello guys, so im looking to upgrade my pc. Currently i have an amd fx 6300 and the upgrade im looking for is the intel i7 8086k&9700k or the amd threadripper 1950x/1920x. Im a causal gamer(plays fortnite, dota2, csgo) but the main reason for the upgrade is coz i want a processor which is capable of handling softwares like flstudio, pro tools, lightroom cc, photoshop. I'm a music producer who makes music on fl studio and i use some external plugin so i need a processor which is capable of handling those plugins without any load on them. So i want to know which would be the best choice to go for? Also i dont really care about how much fps i get in a game all i need is a processor which is able to handle those softwares without any cpu load.
