Would be great if someone could help me.
During boot the CPU light stays on for a few seconds and then turns off and then the VGA light turns on and stays on. Sometimes the PC gets to the log in screen but then freezes, but most of the time I get the windows failure to boot message. Everything except the GPU and PSU are brand new and I did a fresh install of windows with the new hardware.

Windows 10 64bit
AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
MSI B450 Tomahawk
MSI Geforce GTX 970
Samsung 500GB SSD
Corsair CS650M PSU
16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RAM
