Hello. I have my Acer Veriton e430 intel Pentium g2030 but my dedicated video memory show n/a it's using windows 7 ultimate. Pliz what could be the problem

There is no problem. The integrated graphics chip on the Pentium processor does not have any dedicated VRAM, it uses a preset amount of installed RAM --- the installed RAM is therefore "shared" between the graphics hardware and the operating system.
If you would rather have dedicated VRAM you'll need to install a graphics card.
