8700K Downclocking 1350 Cinebench R15

Solution
Your CPU clock speed is dropping because you are reaching the power limit of the CPU. Meaning, you have to set it higher. You can do this in Intel XTU, but I recommend finding it in the BIOS. It should be listed under the CPU Over Clock settings, located somewhere near turbo boost power limit.

When I set mine higher, my lights dimmed in the room I was using my PC. It was beautiful.

P.S. Idk what kind of water you have in there, but I've seen some rumors floating around that the colored stuff leaves a nasty residue inside your loops. I don't water cool, so, take this with a grain of salt or ignore it.

Thank you! I had the TDP set to 90 Watts lol 5 lower than stock. R.I.P.

P.S. It's just plain old water with Primochill Utopia lol

The reservoir is just red and solid white tubes give the elusion that it's dyed when it's not. Also, I cleaned my block before I installed it, was a little gunky.

Okay lol, I just thought I would give a heads up. I let mine scale all the way to 160W btw, so the power draw was real haha
