Hello everyone I've been having issues with this pc for about a year now.. I've brought it into numerous shops and no ones been able to find the issue so i figured I'd come here and see if anyone can help me. Whenever i play games i notice a lot of shadows flickering while moving whenever I'm still it goes away but the picture still looks a bit grainy.. I've also noticed that at 60 fps or above gameplay isn't smooth at all I'ts choppy and stutters as to where my last system that was less powerful than my current was as smooth as butter at 60 fps.. I've also recently changed out every component except the power supply and the issue has persisted.. I thought it may be an aliasing issue so i tried messing with those settings to no avail.. I'm at my wits end I've dumped so much money into trying to figure out and fix the issue.. hopefully the kind people here can point me in the right direction. I'll list my specs below.
