connector X399 taichi

Hi
I'm building a computer but i m not sure where on the mother board (X399 TAICHI) i have to connect fans:
AIO Watercooling: Be Quiet ! Silent Loop 280 mm Got 1cable for both fans and 1 cable for the pump
Chassis case: Be Quiet ! Silent Base 601 so there are 2 fans (Front and back)

I think for the water cooling i have to connect it on slot 8 and 31
and for chassis fans 27 and 32
But i m not 100% sure about that
Any help ?

Hi have an other problem i have those cables from the case.
power sw 2 pins
reset sw 2 pins
hdd led 2 pins
led p+ 1 pin
led p- 1 pin
I can t find where i do connect them
Any help ?

I can't plug something in 19 and 22 that is real buttons that is what i actualy use to turn on and off my computer because i can find where i need to plug in power and reset cable from the case

EDIT: Ok that fine all cables goes to 20 now it workinng thank you vry much for helping
