So i just built my first ever gaming pc and im using a ryzen 5 1600x everything started up without a problem but the issue is first off my cpu temps are a little high i think, i used core temp to check, max was 60c degrees and a low of 35c all i was doing was downloading my games and drivers but then i checked the task manager and it says my base clock for my cpu is 3.60 Ghz but the speed im getting right now is varying between 2.00-3.00 why is that? also my cpu cooler is CoolerMaster ml240r
