Motherboard on but nothing else

I’m using an Asus Rog Strix X470-F for my Ryzen 7 2700X build. As soon as I flipped the switch on the psu to boot up the newly built pc, the Asus logo lights up and there’s an amber light at the bottom right of the motherboard. That’s it. Nothing else powers on, just the motherboard lights that I described. The liquid cooler, chassis fans, and ram are rgb but doesn’t light up. The PSU is not making any sounds of a fan running either. All the cables seem to be attached correctly. What’s the issue?

Just checked my PSU and it turns on. But seems like the anything connected to the motherboard is not getting power.

do the breadboarding test you might have something that ground with the case .

Tried it, but the motherboard light comes on, as in the Asus Rog strix logo, and the amber light at the bottom right of the motherboard. And that’s it. Also the DIMMs that are rgb don’t light up. Same as before.

you need the cooler on the cpu and a gpu on the board with power cable if he need it or boot test will not work .
