Overclocking on H97 Board, need some help

I've read a lot online about this I have an I7-4790k and a GTX 1080 with 16G of RAM. So from what I gathered after BIOS update p2.00 it says that it doesn't support OC anymore.

Is there anyway to revert to a previous BIOS like p1.90, or is there at least some preformance upgrades I can do on p2.00?

If not should I just OC my RAM and GPU instead?

Don't think you can overclock if you don't have a "Z" motherboard.
What speeds are you GPU and Ram at?

RAM is at 1333
GPU is 1215Mhz, mem is 5005, and volts is 662
