Gigabyte z370 k3 won't boot into bios

I bought a gigabyte z370 k3 motherboard , an Intel core i7-9700k and a 16 gib corsair Vengeance LPX memory kit. Installed it all accordingly but when I try to start my computer i don't even reach the bios menu. Every fan turns, but after 10 seconds he restarts. The first 5 seconds the DRAM status LED is lit up and then the VGA LED is lit up for 5 seconds(never both at the same time) and then restarts. I checked everything, unplugged my sata devices and my graphics card, put the HDMI cable in the connector on the motherboard, used a flathead crew driver to reset the bios using the CLR_CMOS option, tried every RAM configuration permitted in the user manual using both one and two modules but the problem persists.

Can anyone please help me out?
I would be eternally grateful.

Solution
The Z370 is not compatible with the 9700k out of the box , the BIOS needs to be updated. You can't perform the update unless you have an 8th generation CPU. Better off sending the board back and getting a Z390 WHICH IS COMPATIBLE OUT OF THE BOX.

Well I can't send it back because I bought it in a store. So I basically wasted 150 euros. Thanks for the help, I am ashamed for this rookie mistake of mine.
