[SOLVED] hard disk data recovery

Hi all I have a Western Digital Nasware 3.0 WD20EFRX 2tb hard disk, the problem is that I can not access it on the hard disk, it says '' access denied '', I would like to know what programs are used and what instrumentation is needed to make the diagnosis, I would like to know that the equipment is also used in case of physical damage, because I tried via software and I could not, I await your answers thanks

If your drive is completely non-functional and software recovery did not work there is no low cost alternative. You need to decide if the data is really worth hundreds of dollars for recovery.

You cannot duplicate the work done by professional data restoration centers -- like removing the platters and reading them with another set of heads and then re-creating documents from long data strings.

You *might* consider sharing a whole lot more information -- like your OS, hardware models for your components, how the issue came about (did it just happen to an existing drive or did you add this drive to a different machine), that sort of detail.

If software recovery doesn't work you will not have the capability to use hardware recovery methods, that is why places like Seagate Data Recovery exist.

Maybe,we didn't understand,beacause I couldn't to recovery anything by programs.
The hard disk couldn't noticed on my two laptop.I try with Windows 10 and Linux but
it doesn't work.I would like to know what tools from laboratories are used to carry out
data recovery.
