GPU too big for my motherboard

I've searched but can't find a concrete answer, I have this motherboard (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-A320M-S2H-rev-1x), I don't have a GPU at the time, but I'm going yo get a Strix 580 8gb.
However, I have seen the card is about 5.1 cm "thick", and I have measured the space in my motherboard (from the bottom of the PCI express port), and seems to be just about 5 cm to the first sata connector.
Will I have a problem using this GPU?
Should I get a larger motherboard?
Also, the case is not a problem, and the power supply is good to go.

Solution
Are you talking this card? If so, yes... the card will cover the top (first) SATA header. But unless you need them all, you still have the other 3. If you're worried about the card housing clearing the SATA header, it will.

When I said "the first sata connector", I meant the first one that I'm using (1 for the SSD, 1 for the HDD).
Sorry for the confusion.
