I want to replace the RGB fans with the CM Siencio FP 120 PWM.
- Will I get a better performance?
- Will it be quieter?
- Can I reuse the RGB fans for my other case fans?

(I use the NZXT 500i)

Solution
The Siencio is quieter, but it moves a lot less air. Yes, you can use the extra fans as case fans, but if you are worried about the noise, why would you use the extras as case fans? Generally the pump is the loudest part of a water cooler.

MasterLiquid ML240L RGB:
Speed 650 ~ 2000 RPM (PWM) ± 10%
Air Flow 66.7 CFM (Max)
Air Pressure 2.34 mmH2O (Max)
MTTF 160,000 hours
Noise Level 6 ~ 30 dBA

Siencio:
Speed 800 - 1400 RPM (PWM) ± 10%
Air Flow 16.4 - 44 CFM (27.8 - 74.7 m3/h) ± 10%
Air Pressure 0.47 - 1.69 mmH2O ± 10%
Life Expectancy 160,000 hrs
Noise Level 6.5 - 14 dBA
