[SOLVED] Help - 5 beeps when starting up new pc

Hello. I recently installed an AMD RYZEN 5 2600 along with a B450 Pro4, but whenever I turn my pc on, the pc always makes 5 short beeps. I know this is a CPU failure.
My full specs are:
- Motherboard: ASRock B450 PRO4
- CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 2600
- GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
- RAM: Corsair memory kit 16.0 GB DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200)
- SSD: Crucial MX500 500GB
- HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 2TB
- OS: Didn't get to install yet
I have no idea what's causing the problems so please help me on fixing it. Thank you in advance.

Well I just had a system fail to boot because of a bad DisplayPort cable but that’s a pretty niche case. If the cpu is installed in the correct orientation and all cables are tight other than a bad cpu or motherboard I can’t think of anything else. Hopefully someone with more insight than me will come along.
