Hi, I have a Razer Kraken Pro 7.1 and yesterday my microphone stopped working completely (it had worked just fine until then). After about and hour and a half of trying everyhting I know, I still couldn't get to work. The mic doesn't pick up any sound whatsoever when I speak or make a noise but sometimes it would show that it was picking up sound when I played something on my computer, although if I listened to it it would just be crackling noises. At one point, it was ALWAYS making crackling noises, but not any more. Can anyone help me fix this?
