I bought a hp pavilion 690-0013w being a pc iliterate. Seemed to have decent specs, but the gpu was a bit short of desires. I bought a better gpu with a 400w requirement. My pc only has a 310w in it. After doing some research, turns out my current psu is a tfx slimline and I can’t figure out for the life of me what my options are to find a 400w or better that will fit my pc. I’m open to external options as well if someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Solution
The 690 series "Sunflower Motherboard" like the 795 series uses a non standard PSU with proprietary wiring "Very Stupid" for a PC targeted at Gamers. There are no upgrades for this and a ton of Thread asking the same question on the HP forums. The best you can do is a 1050 TI or wait for the RTX equivalent which hopefully doesn't draw more power.
