[SOLVED] UEFI BIOS Utility stuck at startup

I was just playing games when my PC randomly froze, so i waited and nothing happened. After a while I restarted my PC manually. After i tried to turn it back on, it got stuck on the "Please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS settings" and it won't do anything past that. I can enter the settings, but nothing shows up in the boot priority, and i cant do anything to get past it. What should i do?

This sounds bad. 90% chance of a failed MB. I would disconnect everything from the MB (HD, SSD, vid card if possible, other cards, etc) except CPU, cooler, and 1 ram stick. If it still gets stuck, it is likely a fried MB.
