Hi, so I am planning my gaming pc build. I have done researches to find the better value parts. This is my first time building, so I would like to get your opinions on build such as which part to change. Also, is the Msi Optix G24C Monitor good? Thank you.

It is extremely strong in performance and quality. RTX2070 is around 35% more powerful than GTX1070. Do you really need onboard wifi if not you can save a bit. If the price is bit above budget then simply skip on activating Windows10. Windows10 can be used normally without any limitations on performance with minimal loss on windows features(no big difference as they are mostly not used) even when it is not activated, you can skip activating it for now and activate it later. G-Sync monitor great combo with NVIDIA GPU.

Thank you for ur opinion. However, I would like to ask whether I should get the GTX 1060 or RX580 instead as GTX 1070 is slightly off budget. What's your thoughts? Thanks

Few changes and you can get a better and still cheap 1400$ 2070 RTX Gaming rig.

You dont need OS license, you can either run with the watermark or buy a cheap online key legaly for 25$.

See no reason to compromise on performance. As I explained above and ohenryy also explained getting Windows10 is not compulsory as you can run it without activation without any problem.
