Your link doesn't work for me. If I'm getting this right, you're on Automatic voltage from the BIOS? If so, you're running at high voltages. You might be able to tweak the voltages and even the frequency a little to suite it to optimal efficiency and operation.

Mind sharing your specs like so:

GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
