Change my PSU for upgrade?

I did my last build in 2013 and got the below PSU:

The power supply still works fine but I'm thinking about upgrading from i7-3770k to 8700k and Geforce GTX 780 to RTX 2070 along with a new motherboard and RAM.

Should that older PSU work alright with that configuration?

In order to give us an idea of how much taxation your PSU underwent...? Technically you should be fine with your current PSU.

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z77
Ram: G.SKILL TridentX Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400
SSD/HDD: Samsung 840 Pro SSD 256 GB/Western Digital Black 2 TB
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 780 3 GB RAM (reference)
Chassis: CM Storm Trooper
OS: Windows 10

I only tested overclocking settings never really used them while gaming.
