Well it should be compatible. The MB has 1x16 PCIE 3.0 per ASRock specs. It would have worked even if it where PCIE 2.0.
Provided you have a decent 500W PSU, and an i5, you'll be ok at 1080/1440p.
You'll be fine dropping in that GTX1070Ti in but please be forewarned, that your PSU meets the wattage and is of a reliable build quality. Mind sharing your specs like so:
