New system with a ryzen2600x , msi x470 and supported ddr4 .
DRam Led lights up on starting the PC and besides leds and fans , I can't tell anything is running (no Videooutput)
Also If I Install graphics Card gtx970 , PC turns itself off after a few seconds with more Red leds lighting the back of the mobo. It is a brandnew PSU that seems to bei capable of powering my old setup (whichs CPU ist broken so I can't tell for Sure)
Any ideas What could be wrong ?
Do you need the additional 4 Pin ATX Power supply that came with newer mobos? Because I have not found a single PSU with a secondary CPU connector and the instructions say it is not mandatory.

Solution
The HDMI port is present because APUs exist (2200G, 2400G) that have integrated graphics.

With the DRAM LED, it would suggest a problem with the RAM.
On an Intel platform I'd suggest reseating the CPU as you may have bent a pin in the socket. Still possible with AMD (albeit on the CPU, not in the socket), but I'd expect you'd notice if the CPU wasn't in the socket correctly..... it's pretty obvious.

Unfortunately, indications are it's a problem with the memory - and there's nothing you can do about that, shy of try alternate memory & see if the issue persists.

Please post your full system spec.

The aux 4 pin is not mandatory, no.

The DRAM LED, if it's hanging there.... could be a sign.

Without a GPU installed, the system isn't going to display anything, as there's no integrated graphics on a 2600X...

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Given you're talking of using the PSU on an older system, please include the age of the PSU and the specs to your older system as well.

AMD Ryzen 2600x
MSI X470 Gaming Pro
Corsair DDR4 2x8GB CMK 16GX4M2B3000C15 v5.32
PSU: coolermaster lite 700
Graphics : Nvidia MSI Gtx970

I thought since the mobo has HDMI it could my Bad .
It is Just really weird that the DRAM Led Lights up with one or two RAM Sticks. And the Power issue happens at the Same time ...

Currently outside my old Zalman Case and without OS or harddrive, since I can't even get to BIOS

PSU is 2 days old
Old system was a
AMD FX 8350
Asus M5A99FX Pro 2.0
4x4 GB vengeance DDR3 RAM

Would two faulty RAM Sticks explain the shutdown when the GPU is plugged in ?
I have already ordered different RAM and another PSU to Check .... It's Just really damn weird .
I initially bought an Intel Setup with completely different parts and it failed due to CPU issues Apparently . Now this.
I will Check the CPU but I don't think that's it.
