After the Oct Windows 10 update i had a series of mem controller issues. It finally stabilized after a Windows ISO. A few days ago the mobo started beeping and flashing 55. Well I found one of the two sticks causing the problem. Now that I've installed new RAM, it powers up but never boots. I've checked cables and even reset cpu. The board gets power, the fans start, but just as it looks like it will boot.... It recycles. Do I have a mobo, memory power of other issue?
After I had removed the bad stick the computer did boot but it wouldn't hold. It would restart until it quit altogether.
