Need help with fan compatibility

Hi so im kinda new to pc building but im updgrading the looks of my pc im on a budget so i chose this case SHARKOON PURE STEEL RGB TOWER the case has 4 RGB pre installed fans the thing is i dont know if my motherboard is compatibel with the fans i have an asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 can somone help me and explain me How that works Thanks

Z68 Chipset motherboard is a year 2011 motherboard. It does not use Asus Aura lighting software. The case comes with an 8-Port Addressable RGB Controller with mainboard connector. The motherboard is so old there is nothing to connect the RGB Controller to.

For older motherboards there is a reset button on top of the case to manually use the RGB controller. The manual control allows user to configure 14 different lighting effects.

Oh ok but is there a way so i can get the fans to fully work
