every time i use my tv interface (volume/menu, etc) only on my pc hdmi i get a screen flickering/tearing and it also distorts the audio as well and its only my computer i tried switching hdmi and the port its in any one think they can help?

Uninstall and reinstall your GPU drivers. You're using the HDMI cable to get audio from your PC to the TV? Try another cable. Make sure your PC's motherboard is on the latest BIOS update and your drivers are all up to date.

im using hdmi for both audio and visuals and how would i uninstall and reinstall and how would i know if my mother board has the latest bios also i tried switching the hdmi's didnt work
my build is
CPU: AMD FX-8370 Eight-Core processor 4.00ghz
Motherboard: ASRock 970A-G/3.1
Ram:10 gb installed(supposed to be like 16)
SDD/HDD :1 240gb ssd, 1 terabyte sshd
GPU: msi geforce gtx 1070 gaming X
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B1, 80+ BRONZE 750W, Semi Modular
Chassis: FSP ATX Mid Tower PC Computer Gaming Case with 3 Translucent Tempered Glass Panels and 5 RGB Lighting Modes (CMT510)
OS: basic windows 10
