Can i overclock a intel core2quad q9650 oem proceesor.

My motherboard is gigabyte g41m combo. Ram- one 1066Mhz 4Gb.
Hdd- 1Tb

Solution

Yes you can but that board is not good for overclocking and will probably only allow for a very minor overclock...
