Solution
There is no need for the Gigabyte Ultra. The AsRock Pro4 will be perfectly fine.

But that WD Green SSD is bad performance and waste of money.

Also, if you get an AiO for the CPU, a 120mm option is not worth it and a better air cooler can be had for the same price or even less.

If you wanted 250GB SSD with 2TB HDD and an AiO, you need to get a different case as well and overall the price goes up for the whole system.

I would never get a VS series PSU to power a system like the one you've spec'd. I'd also pick out a dual channel DDR4-3200MHz ram kit to get to the sweet spot of your investment. You don't need an optical drive in this day and age.

Might want to pass on your budget, your intended use for the system, your location and where you'd like to purchase the parts from...? We can follow up from there.

Thanks for Reply!

Thats why i need Suggestion and help.

Which PSU will be better?
and also suggest me for other parts, please.

My Budget around 1000-1100$.
and loaction is India.

If at all possible, can you not find the 2600 or 8600K cheaper than the 7700K as moving to Ryzen or 8th Gen Intel will be better in the long run as you will be on the latest generation. Intel will be a bit faster for gaming, Ryzen not bad but more cost effective...both options better than the 7700K.

some options below:

Ryzen 2600 System but if you include a GTX1060 6GB it goes to ₹78427.44 or $1113.00 the 1060 6GB is much, much better that the GTX 1050ti

The Ryzen 5 2600 will be much, much better than the 7700K, especially for your 3D Game Designe(Using 3ds max, maya, zbrush, Substance painter, AE, PS,.. etc), and also for gaming...

Yes the 7700K and the 8600K will just beat the 2600 in gaming but it wont be by a difference that will really matter to you..So for your use case, go the 2600 as you will get a lot more for your money...

going with the i7 will cost you more and will result in you having to sacrifice a lot to keep it in budget.
But just to show you what you have to sacrifice to keep the 1050 Ti and have an i7 that is overclockable and keep it all around your budget.

Otherwise, to keep the i7 and have more RAM and more storage WITH and SSD, this is the chepest I can make it.
To get a better case would bring the price up a little more and to get a better CPU cooler would bring the price up a little bit more from that.

So as you can see, Ryzen is better to go with.
It performs quite well with 6c/12t and if you start overclocking it, things get even better. And with the Ryzen 5 build, you have better options for storage, RAM, and GPU as well as pc case that fit around your budget.

So if you want my opinion.
Go with either of my builds that have the Gigabyte motherboard since the Gigabyte board will have better VRM's for better overclocking and depending on your storage needs.
Otherwise, go with either of my MSI micorATX builds if you want more mild overclocks and depend on storage needs but to save a little money when it comes to the larger amount of storage.

And of course depending on what you would want to settle for when it comes to the GPU.

Or lastly, this build which sacrifices storage but keeps the better motherboard and the better GPU and get's it a lot closer to your budget.

Also the good thing with the R5 2600 is that it comes with its own CPU cooler that is actually quiet good, so no AIO (water cooler) required and more money saved..

If you can afford it, the Ryzen 7 in the 2700 and 2700X is even better with 8 cores and 16 threads and will really boost the productivity side in your 3D design software....

Please take note that the Ryzen CPU's come with an air cooler that is actually good and no real need to buy a different one.

Intel K series CPU's don't come with a cooler and that is why you have to add in one yourself.

Solution
Its already been said a lot of times but I feel I have to chime in.

A 7700k makes absolutely NO SENSE when the 8th & 9th gen intel chips are available & Ryzen is available.

& at your budget a 6c/12t ryzen 5 or a 8c/16t ryzen 7 are absolutely 100% what you should be looking at.
