[SOLVED] usb 3.0 slow speed rate

i bought SanDisk 64GB Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive Red SDCZ48-064G-U46R.

at the begining i couldnt transfer big files to the drive so i formated him to NTFS and than i get only 17-35mbps.( the file size is 5.5GB)

this my specs:
i5 8600k
asus PRIME Z370-A
2X8GB hyperx predator 3000mhz
asus strix oc 1060gtx 6gb
850evo 250GB ssd
edge550w PSU

i switched to "better performence" in the device manager for this drive and then i get 60MBPS for the first 20% of the transfer and it drops again to the slow rate i said above, how can i fix the rate ?
i tried on all my 3.0 ports (the front panel and back i/o)
its the same in all of them

Was the pen drive initially formatted to FAT32 upon purchase? You may want revert to that drive format. On another note, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard and also make sure your chipset drivers are up to date.

the pen drive was exFAT format upon the purchase, i revert the drive now and i'm getting 15-28MB/s and its moving up and down, not a solid rate
my bios is upto date and my chipset also
