Hey there! I was using the pc, but had bit of a thermal issues, my cpu went up to 85*, then I closed the game, let it cool, went into bios, turned off the cpu boost (locked the core to 34x and the voltage to 1.2), and set the ram timings to 14-14-14 something with the mobo preset

B450 Tomahawk
Aorus rgb 16gb
Asus rog 1080 ti
Ryzen 5 2600
Stock cooler

Currently I dismounted the Mobo battery, cuz the CMOS button did nothing (I pressed it a few times while it tried to boot and when I disconnected the power, I hope I didn't F up with this)

Thank you for answers!

Ui: There's no smoke, or burning smell, the system rgb lights up and the mouse has light too, but the monitor for example won't do anything.

Solution
See if unplugging all connections to the board and then removing the CMOS battery helps. You should remove the CMOS battery for at least 15 mins and then replace it. Reconnect PSU connections and see what happens after that.
