Motherboard :dg31pr
Processor :Intel core 2 duo e7500
PSU:500 watts.
Ram:4gb ddr2.
Gpu:Nvidia gt 710 zotac zone 2gb gddr5

Sir, is it worth upgrading to Intel core 2 quad q9650 and Nvidia gtx 750 ti?

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS and then shell for the Q9650. It's supported btw. I don't know if you can get the GTX750Ti to work on your platform since a non UEFI BIOS environment will essentially mean you're only seeing a black screen in spite of your system booting into GUI.
