I am not familiar with Argus. Corsair generally makes good supplies but I think the VS series is their worst series. I've read where people have said to stay away from it.
I have two RM series Corsair supplies that have been working well for me and I'm very happy with. Perhaps consider that series.

A decent quality 550w rated dc-dc unit is where you should be looking.
Corsair cx or cxm550, coolermaster masterwatt 550 are 2 units that altend to be fairly decent priced that will do the job.

Sorry that i presed -1 its an accident. Im in lithuania. Will 550w really be enough? Even at the recomendation it says that 780 min is 600w and i play realy demanding games(I push my performance)

A good 550w is better than a bad 650w.

Way better quality than both you listed, 5 year warranty, full 550w available on the 12v rail & will manage a gtx 780 absolutely fine.
