[SOLVED] nvidia update make fps low

i updated the nvidia game ready driver now forza 3 runs at 20 to 30 fps i have the fps setting at 60 even though it still stuck at 30 fps and also my gpu usage is at 99% plzz any help would be appreciated btw i also tried changing the setting but it makes no difference
the update is 12/3/2018

had the same problem here: dead by daylight is now being capped at 10 just in the menus, and fallout 4 is capped at 20 fps in game for me no matter what my settings are. kinda pissed at nvidia, but in the end i just went back to the previous drivers and everything went back to normal

the new nvidia driver update is so bad, go re-roll to the older version all ur fps problems will be fixed

before updating new drivers it best to check the nvidia forums for any issues before installing them. i ran into a problem months ago with my 1060 where the latest drivers kept crashing and messing up my display's

also try to avoid installing the geforce experience app or whatever its called
