[SOLVED] Pc Randomly Crashes playing games

My Pc normally crashes around 1-2 a day and somedays doesnt crash at all. Here's a crash dump I managed to get but i can't figure out whats wrong.

chek your network driver and if it is a internal land card try to use a external for test to see if windows wiil report same error .

How would i go about that? I'm looking at my drivers and whenever my pc crashes my internet seems to be messing up.

go on to your motherboard maker link and load them the do the install .
