Hello, I´m building a new PC and recently found out about the incompatibility of Ryzen with older MBs the hard way ( decided to return the cpu and MB and buy a newer version)
My question is, will a R7 2700x cpu work with x470 MBs ? Or is the update of bios still necessary?!
I´m thinking about "MSI X470 GAMING PRO CARBON"
or
"GIGABYTE AORUS X470 Ultra Gaming"
Any other alternatives, tips, or something to be wary of ?
