Any good CPU Cooler for an i7 9700k?

I want to buy a Water cooler but I have no idea what cooler I should buy. I also heard it matters with the motherboard size and the case. The motherboard i will be buying is ASUS ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming LGA 1151 but i have no idea which case either.

I'd personally invest in a minimum of 280mm radiator space or a 360. If you go for a case like the Fractal Design Meshify C , you can get a 360 at the front.

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming LGA 1151
Ram: DDR4 (Not sure which one just yet, I'm building this with help)
HDD: Seagate 1T (If thats the full name)
GPU: ASUS Cerberus GeForce GTX 1070 Ti CERBERUS-GTX1070TI-A8G-GAMING 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5
PSU: EVGA 500 B1
Chassis: Not sure yet.. I need help picking one since CPU has diff size
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
