try the standard, update game, update video drivers.
after try to unplug the GPU then run windows (if possible on igpu) restart and plug the gpu back in.

reinstall Gforce Experiance. if nothing helps try your gpu on a other system to see is it dead and/or flash bios on GPU.

reinstalling geforce experience worked for destiny 2 but my cod will start up and go to the loading screen then crash BlackOps4.exe
