step 17, how many beeps are you getting from the motherboards diagnostic speaker?
if you need a speaker for testing you can assemble one from a speaker and a couple bits of wire for testing purposes only, order a speaker for permanent use.
canned diagnostic speaker rant
The diagnostic speaker is the motherboards main diag feedback device.
the motherboard may be telling
you where the problem is.
my speakers have this plug

So I was able to get the fans working, and I plugged in the speaker. I got 1 long and 2 short, which I looked up and its something with the BIOS. I also have a yellow light that says DRAM.
I use lamp wire but any stranded wire will do. literally any stranded wires. strip one end like so

attach the stripped end into the speaker spring clips on the speaker.
the other end of the wire should be trimmed like so the semi strip
https://wesbellwireandcable.com/images/cutwire.png
by doing a semi strip the wire case is now the socket.
plug one wire to the first pin, and the second onto the fourth pin.
power on the system and listen for beeps
end canned rant
if you have gone down the list and the speaker is now connected, remove all the RAM from the motherboard and try to boot the system. the speaker should beep like crazy, this should be the No RAM error code. it has been my experience that if you cannot force a beep code from the motherboard the motherboard is toast.
