I am about to upgrade my GPU to RX Vega 56 and I am wondering can I use my old
Seasonic SS-700HM PSU with it?
I have read some old reviews of that PSU and I think it has only one 12v rail?

However it seems there is no 6+2 or 8-pin PCI-e cables that came with the PSU and Vega 56 needs 2 of them. I could only find 6-pin PCI-e cables that came with the PSU. Can I just buy those kind of cables and plug it on or should I just buy new PSU to be safe?

Solution
Thumb rule, if the PSU does not have the necessary connectors for your components(s), then it's not meant to be used in your system. How old is your PSU anyway? I would advise on picking up a new PSU , one with the necessary connectors and capable of delivering 650W to the entire system.
