Is AMD 5 2600x better than intel i7 8750h. Because i have i7 in both laptop and PC but i do really want to know which is better.

Laptop grade processors cannot be compared with desktop grade processors. You're either trolling(for a flame war) or you don't know what you're doing. I'll entertain you, what are the links to both the laptops with aforementioned processors? You might also want to include the sort of tasks you want to do on the system you're intending to purchase. Please don't include an etc to that answer.

Both have same things but different processor.

Speaking solely on the CPU's, the i7 8750H is the clearly better processor, because it has both more cores and higher base/boost clock speeds. The Ryzen 5 2500U(that's the chip in the laptop you mentioned, not the 2600X) is a 4 core 8 thread chip, while the 8750H is 6 core 12 thread. The i7 has 2.2 Ghz base speed, and 2500U has 2.0 GHz base. The boost clock of the i7 is also higher.
