I have a Ryzen 5 2600 / MSI X470 Gaming Pro / Geforce GTX 1070 ti Duke / G. Skill Trident 3200Mhz (2x8 GB) 16GB RAM.
I have the spire wraith stock cooler, and 4 x HD 120 fans.
I built my desktop last night and am booting everything up / installing windows today; My question is mostly when setting RAM frequencies in BIOS. Seeing as I have 3200Mhz of RAM and I'm sure the preset will be low (and also taking into account I don't have crazy cooling abilities) how do I get the most out of my RAM without putting too much strain on CPU. Just enable XMP? or set a manual RAM freq somewhere in the 2800 area? I have no experience with this. Thank You
