[SOLVED] New gpu is not working, driver problem

Solution
To me that looks like a dodgy card that has had a bios change. There are things in that GPU-z shot that don't look right.

It's possible you have been duped and this card is not functional, or at least functioning the way it should. Some manufacturers released specialist Drivers and Bios's for GPU's specially for mining.

It could be that it was a 570 (built with the same chip as a 580, and is a cut down version) had a bios change, was done to unlock the other cores to make it a full 580. Dodgeville. I'd return it.

No, I bought a SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon™ RX 570 8GB 2nd hand used for 6 months (no mining) but in device manager it says that it is "rx 580 series" i am very confused.

even if you bought it second hand it coulkd have still been used for mining without you knowing it. i would use install and run a program called GPUz to see if it detects your GPU is fake or not
