[SOLVED] MicroSD card not read at all on Windows 7 PC

Hello,
I think one of my microSD cards is corrupted.
It is not recognized at all neither by the smartphone nor by my Windows 7 PC.
The adapter I am using to plug it in the PC is working fine with another microSD card, so it should be an issue with the card itself.

does not show any additional entry when this microSD card is plugged in, while it showed an additional entry for another microSD card.
Does anyone know if I can recover the data somehow from that corrupted microSD card?

I assume it worked before with this card reader and this sd card?

Try another computer and another card reader

Other then this, you might consider a professional recovery service

The adapter is indeed compatible and the card is not recognized, but none of the solutions mentioned in the link you pointed to would work because they assume that the SD card shows up somewhere such as in disk management or under F:/

For me, it doesn't show up at all!
The card contains precious pictures and I would really appreciate any help recovering them
