Overclocking a I5-7600K First time. Is my settings okay?

Im running my first Oc on a i5-7600k 3.8Ghz

Iv'e put it on 4.4Ghz on 1.175v and its running stable running max 70.

was just wondering to be sure, is this a good oc in terms of voltage? dont want to be setting it on too much because ive heard so much things that can go wrong.

Can you go any lower on your voltage? Or does it crash?

I got my 7600k to 4.8 GHz with a max temp of 80 but I forgot the voltage. I’ll edit my comment when I do it again.

Yeah i would have definitely gotten it higher if i wanted to but 4.4Ghz is fine by me and i've managed to set the voltage down a bit aswell now, so now im on 1.155v. still curious bout you're voltage on 4.8 tho

I ran it all the way down to 1.130 and managed to get it stable on stresstesting but as soon as i stopped the test it froze so i believe what i have now is the most stable.

I managed to have the Vcore at 1.351 and get a stable 4.8. I also used the Grizzly thermal paste and I’m now getting 71con stress test (cryorig h7)
