Hi, so lately all of my games have halved in fps or even more and are now running around 40 fps for casual games like cs:go and rocket league, and at 18 fps on games like the witcher 3, I used to have about 130 fps on ultra on casual game and about 60 to 70 on high settings in the witcher 3. I have a gtx 1060 max q, i-5 7300 hq, 8gb of ram and 1tb of hdd and 128gb of ssd. My fps do still vairy depending on the settings so i know it isn't a fps lock, but i would like to play games with a comfortable graphics look without lagging. This only happened lately and the only changes i can think of is going from a razer mouse mamba to a logitech G402 and that i had installed Rings of Elysium which did have bad reputation for malwares but after deinstalling it and doing a virus scan i found nothing, i checked my temp and its fine usually going aroung 60°C. I have hardly any programs taking up my cpu. I thought it might be that my games are using the internal graphics card (intel graphics) but i forced them to use my gtx and i still have the same problem. I have tried reinstalling nvidia drivers, and reinstalling the gmae, my last resort rn is restarting to factory settings but i would like to avoid so i'm here looking for help.
