My the hdmi and display points on my MSI b250 won't work

This is the first time i've ever built a pc and the hdmi plug won't work, the specs are as followed, i5 7400, CoolerMaster Evo, Geforce 1060 3gb, 16x1 ddr4 ram, msi b250 pro, rosewill meteor xr, rosewill capstone, the usb plugs don't work and the HDMI won't work, the debug light is on, please help!!!

Which debug LED is on?
CPU - indicates CPU is not detected or fail.
DRAM - indicates DRAM is not detected or fail.
VGA - indicates GPU is not detected or fail.
BOOT - indicates booting device is not detected or fail.

Where did you plug in the RAM? Should be installed in DIMM slot DIMMA2. That´s the second from the left

Power is plugged in completely? The 24pin main power plug as well as the ATX12V 8pin CPU power plug and the PCIe power plug/s to the GTX1060?

Turns out my ram wasn't pluged in all the way
