[SOLVED] Computer boots to startup loop, sometimes BSOD SYSTEM THREAD FAILURE MSI B350

My msi B350 a8 9600 an gt 1030 build wont boot up ive tried to use a USB windows flash drive and removing the graphics card but i always get the same startup boot. any help?

Reset the BIOS by jumper

Is it windows 10?
Resetting windows could help, but you will have to install all apps again. Personal data should be backuped first.

Which MSI B350 model is it? Update the BIOS within BIOS using M-Flash, the downloaded and unzipped Bios file for your motherboard
