With the brexit stuff, can I still order from the UK without it having the possibility of getting stuck on customs? (i.e. the same thing if you order from outside the EU)

Solution
At the moment, the deal between EU and UK is still on going, which means, that things should be still as they were/are.
After the deal, it does not matter if the deal went well or not, you might then have things not so easy anymore, if you buy things from UK (to EU).
For now, I think, you should not be worried :) yet

Where are you located? You could use PCPartpicker, choose the closest country within the EU, like Spain(for example) and see if you can get the parts from there. You might also want to contact the seller and see if the issue can be resolved. In all honesty, customs will hold up just about anything, it only requires taxes and fees to be cleared to get the things moving.

I'm located in Portugal, and I'm ordering from Ebay, where I usually select European Union on Item locations (ebay.co.uk to be more specific) done it many times, but always afraid to buy stuff from UK, so I decided to finally get this question answered. This also means I can't really use PCPartpicker sadly :(

PS.: Customs have never held anything I've ever bought I've always bought from EU only.

Who actually knows ?? As a Uk citizen Im completely in the dark about what is actually being agreed.

Im the opposite ,Im in the uk but regularly order from europe.

In all honesty I dont see how you're getting the best prices from the Uk anyway as Europe tends to be somewhat cheaper in my experience.

Anyway you have until march to worry about this by the look of it

You should see the prices in Portugal, I get brand new stuff from ebay WITH the shipping costs cheaper than the equivalent product cheapest price here.

You have nothing to worry about at least until the 29th of March. After that it will depend on what kind of deal they manage to sign or not sign.

One nice thing for us based in the EU is the loophole that UK have with Hong Kong. They pay no customs or taxes on HK imports to UK, and afterwards you pay no customs or taxes when the item is shipped from the UK. That's the reason why you'll find a lot of electronics cheaper on eBay from UK sellers, but with 2-3 weeks shipping time.
