[SOLVED] CPU Voltage 1.45 without overclocking for a first time builder!

HI All,

I built my first PC this week everything seems to be working well however the CPU VCORE Voltage is sitting between 1.30 and 1.45 without putting too much stress on the computer and I have read that 1.3 and above is too high unless your seriously overclocking.

I'm not overclocking at all at the moment and have left all bios settings as default.

I did try to speed up the ram using DCOP and raising voltage to 1.35 however I reset all settings after and voltage is still very high... i then went into the bios and manually set the VCORE voltage to 1.0 and it's still above 1.3 most of the time.

Temperatures are sitting at 38-45oc at idle and 50-60 under medium load.

I'd appreciate any advice as I would hate to blow my first ever build! Also I downloaded a few CPU monitors and trying to find the best one... do people have a favourite out of CPU-Z / HWMonitor / HWInfo and the programmable Ryzen Master?

Thanks :)
