Should i buy another HDD?

My HDD (and my whole computer) seems a little bit slow and reaches 100% usage in the task manager, sometimes using 3Mbps/s. After booting, i have to wait about 2 min to use my pc, since everything is going sooo slow that if i try to open something, it just doesn´t open - and i don´t really have much apps starting when booting. Here are a benchmark from HDTune and S.M.A.R.T from Crystal Disk Info:

PC Config:
Processor: i3 7100
VGA: EVGA 1050Ti
RAM: 8Gb HyperX 2133Mhz
HD: Seagate 1Tb 7200RPM 32Mb cache

PS: I´ve been with this HDD since 2010

  1. zepphirus, download and run SeaTools on the drive and post the results. Run the extended test (it takes a long time)

    here´s the log file.
  3. Sorry in advance to the Seagate rep...

HDD's will always be slow for an OS drive. Get and SSD and use that HDD as secondary storage.
  4. zepphirus, the drive is fine and yes, an SSD for the OS is more ideal.
