Need help to upgrade PC

I have an old build , like almost 4 years old , it's specs are
AMD FX6300 CPU
Asus m5a LE r2.0 motherboard
Corsair VS 450 PSU
AMD HD 7750 1gb gddr5 gpu

Since I gave a budget of 300 usd , I can only upgrade a few parts
What mother board , gpu or processor should I go for ? Since my motherboard is causing me trouble , this is why , a mobo and a processor is a must , what parts should I get?

What country are you in and can you order from online vendors or local shops only?

How much memory do you have and what speed is it? How many modules? Are you using the stock CPU cooler or an aftermarket one?

What case model do you have and how many case fans? What configuration are each of your case fans in, exhaust (out) or intake (in)?

How old is your VS power supply, as in, how long has it been in service?

What is your main use for this system?

8 GB corsair 1600mhz , single stick

What is your budget in .inr?

I'm guessing that means you need to order from Flipkart, since Snapdeal carries very little in the way of computer hardware anymore, and ordering from Newegg.in means paying high shipping and import duties, and there are not many other places to order online in India that are not actually from out of the country and have additional expenses attached?

If you know of other sites in India you can order PC hardware through without having to pay extra fees, let me know, I'm always looking for them since we have a lot of Indian members looking for hardware all the time.
